Rossi/Peikan 1990s Celtic Dragon #1 LE Fountain Pen 

Using a standard Pelikan M800 pen in a lustrous black cellulose acetate, Rossi has applied, in a solid 18K yellow gold overlay, a Celtic design surrounding the upper cap area and the entire barrel with two dragon heads, with ruby cabochon eyes, with their intertwined tails forming the rest of the design. The cap band is marked "Pelikan Souveran Germany" while the upper barrel band is marked "P 18K R," Paul Rossi marking and engraved "1/10"- making this pen #1 of this extremely limited offering! This vacuum fill pen is fitted with a solid two-tone Pelikan "O3B" nib, "PR" marked, offered mint, in an of-the-period Pelikan box with papers.
