Description
The AEAA is very pleased to present this next piece of valuable Vaseline glass items from the respected Loren (Butch) Morse collection. This lot represents a wonderful 1890s, mold blown Vaseline round flat rim apothecary bottle. This excellently molded bottle, features the early 2 seam mold that was the norm up until approximately WW I. Our apothecary has slight eccentric glass depth anomalies, which validate the 1890s dating. Our example is in excellent condition & explodes under black light. It weighs 10 oz., measuring 2.75 x 2.75 x 5.725 inches tall. Loren Morse was a respected family man and Vaseline collector, and his untimely passing a year ago was a blow to everyone. The Morse family gratefully appreciates your participation in this Estate sale.
