Item Details

Description

Dark brown alligator flask from England 19th century has silver screw on cap with cork liner and mouth attached to a hinged arm so that the cap is secure. Metal interior which has been cleaned as well. Curved to fit breast or hip pocket. Graduated skin sizes,smaller on the front,larger going to the back. Holds 6 ounces.The skin has a few minor cracks or separations on one side half way up for 2 inches to the top as well as the very back bottom where it connects to the base.Couple of small missing cells that have been colored to match many years prior,only visible in strong light as appears more flat than the sheen of the skin. Measures 6.25 H X 3.5 L X 1 D. Item ID: WC37921
