Description
ALBERT FORSTER (1902 - 1952) Nazi politician Gauleiter of Danzig-West Prussia. A ruthless and notorious anti-Semite he established about 70 camps in Pomerania where Poles were subjected to murder torture and in the case of women and girls rape before execution. In all he killed upwards of 60 000. Executed. Typed D.S. 1p. 4to. Furth July 2 1932 headed: ""Declaration"". Forster makes a written pledge to the Nazi Party: ""...I warrant that I have no association nor relationship with any Jews...I warrant that I am not on the board of any banks or hold and industrial offices...I agree on my honor...to not take such a position...as a sitting member of the N.S.D.A.P. I will...submit myself to Adolf Hitler and his orders...If I leave the N.S.D.A.P. I will not join another party..."". Collector's note at bottom could be erased else very good.
