Brit Avot. Homilies on the Torah and Holidays, commentary on the Passover haggada, compilations on Shulchan Aruch and the Talmud, responsa, by Rabbi Avraham Coriat. Leghorn, 1862. Only edition.
6, 131 leaves. 30 cm. Signature of Rabbi Eliyahu [Bechor] Chazan on the title page. He was born in 1845, to Rabbi Yosef Refael Chazan, the son of Rishon L'Tzion, Rabbi Chaim Dovid Chazan. He immigrated to Jerusalem with his grandfather, Rabbi Chaim Dovid in 1855 and received semicha from him in 1865. In 1869, he served as dayan in Jerusalem and from 1889, served as Chacham Bashi and Chief Rabbi of Alexandria. He died in Egypt in 1908. He authored: Talumot Lev, Zichron Yerushalayaim and more. Refer to: Frumkin-Rivlin, Toldot Chachmei Yerushalayim, 3, Jerusalem, 1929, p. 306. Along with a copy of his signature on a book written by his great-grandfather validating that this is Rabbi Eliyahu Bechor Chazan's authentic signature.
