An important letter in the handwriting and with the signature of Rabbi Moshe Kliers to Rabbi Moshe Blau. Dated: 8th Sivan 5684 [June 10, 1924].
In the letter, Rabbi Kliers congratulates him on the important progress that Agudath Israel are making by taking action to expand Chareidi education in the Holy Land, and encourages him to send money to enable them to enlargeÂ the system of pure education.Â
Rabbi Moshe Kliers [1876-1934], Rosh Yeshiva of the Or Torah Yeshiva established in 1900 adjacent to the tomb of Rabbi Meir Ba'al HaNes. He is predominantly known for his holy manner of behavior. His sons are among the leaders of the Slonim chassidut.Â
