This chime shaped, white jade water vessel with russet skin is relief carved with the eight Buddhist symbols. It is topped by a lip with lotuses and surrounded by a leiwen border. Inside the vessel are a pair of relief carved fish, symbols of surplus. The vessel is supported by a recessed, chime form foot.
The vessel displays minor abrasion to the lip and measures 2 ½ x 6 ½ x 4 in. (height x width x depth).
