Greece, Boeotian, Ca 6th Century BCE. A buff terracotta votive offering maskette, mold made, depicting a youthful female, possibly a Goddess Demeter or Persephone with fine smiling mouth, chin, relief nose and slightly bulging almond eyes and hair in band. Good earth deposits. Size: 3-1/4"H + mount.
Provenance: Since the 1960s in the West German collection of K.B.
