Description
TV Guide #1 1953- First National Issue- Featuring Lucille Ball and Baby - The three most valuable TV Guide issues of all time are George Reeves as Superman, Elvis Presley on Ed Sullivan, and the most rare and sought after, the first National TV Guide issue TV Guide #1 April 3-9 1953. On the cover is "Desiderio Alberto Arnaz IV", or Desi, Jr., Lucille Ball's baby, which became a national obsession, since she was the first woman on TV to actually become pregnant (though you couldn't say that word!) on her mega-hit classic series, "I Love Lucy". This is that famous first National issue featuring "Lucy's $50,000,000 Baby". It is in Excellent condition, and includes the original postal mailing label.
