Knot type: Asymmetrical, open right Sides: Two bundles of two body warps each. Overcast with red wool.
Ends: Bottom (top of bag) - ¾†balanced plain weave folded over. The first ¾†has red wefts, the last last ½†is natural tan wool. Than it is folded under and sewn with dark brown wool. Top (bottom of bag) - remains of symmetrical knotted fringe in red, green, orange and blue.
Colors: (10) Mahogany red, tomato red, orange, green, dark blue, medium blue, ivory, yellow, magenta (silk), medium brown.
Design: On a red ground are two rows of three small “football†guls. The are quartered with small magenta silk highlights. The secondary guls are of an unusual cross design with kotchak like devices at the tip of the cross. The major border is of the box and diamond type with barber pole minor borders. There is a plain red elem done in slightly darker red than the field. The upper elem is also plain red topped with a darker red strip with to parallel lines of blue and orange dots.
