George Hoff, Lancaster (PA) Chippendale Walnut Tall Case Clock. Broken arch pediment with floral carved rosettes, turned urn and acorn finials, arched side light and turned column stiles. Cove molded waist, arched top pendulum door, plain quarter columns, flat paneled base with plain quarter columns, molded base with bracket feet. Eight day movement, incised brass dial with roman numerals, date and second dials, pewter shell and scroll spandrels, with mythical figural pewter crest. 95-3/4"h. Condition: Very good, old refinish, minor cracks and restoration.
