Description

French, Late 19th century. Pair of French provincial stained fruitwood framed rush seat side chairs with shell and leaf motif on shaped back splat at top above to shaped rails. Chairs with rush seats above shaped apron and cross stretcher at front, cylindrical supports on sides. Each chair with removable light tan fabric upholstered seat cushion with cream colored tassels. Approximate height 34.25", width 17.25", depth 16", seat to floor 17.25".
