Description
Two mid 19th century gold brooches. The first designed as a series of entwined pear-shape foil-back aquamarine flower buds, the second designed as a rectangular-shape glazed woven hair panel, within a scroll embossed surround. One aquamarine deficient. Lengths 1.8 to 5.5cms. Weight 13gms.
Condition
Overall condition good to fair. One aquamarine deficient. Light surface scratches and keeping with general wear. Aquamarine brooch surround misshapen in places, particularly to the reverse.
