Comprises a general introduction by Laughlin, text by him about the approximately twenty groups of photographs, and his comments on many of the individual pictures. Extensive notes on all his major bodies of work and known photographs. Long-time New Orleans resident Clarence John Laughlin (1905-1985) was known for his surrealist and architectural photographs of the South. Fine condition.
