The AEAA is very pleased to present this next piece of valuable Burmese glass items from the respected Loren (Butch) Morse collection. This lot represents a gorgeous & Scarce 1997 Ltd. Ed. Fenton hand painted Satin Burmese Whitton Bell, Ware #C9066RB, finished in a gorgeous Rose decoration. Our example represents a limited edition , made exclusively for the QVC January 1997 show. This exceptionally deep cut mold with a splendid crown blossom finial and a unique shallow crimped base, was designed by the famed Martha Reynolds, and was masterfully hand painted by Tanya Kelley. This Fenton Art Glass Burmese Treasure also carries a Shelley Fenton signature and the proper Fenton sticker. Our beautiful Fenton Burmese bell explodes under black light, plus is in wonderful condition, and weighs 1#, measuring 4 x 4 x 6.5 inches tall. xxxxxxxxxxxxx. The U.S. Hazardous Materials Act of 1942, banned the commercial use of all Uranium, reserving it for the U.S. war effort. From 1942 until 1959, Fenton was restricted from all Uranium Oxide formulas.
