Delaware & Hudson Canal Co Brasstop Lantern

Item Details

Description

Ham Manufacturing frame with a removable bell bottom. Standard 5 1/2" height globe. The bell clip has the Ham marking. The brass top is stamped "RAILROAD 39". The verticals are the unusual Ham double wires without joint clips. The pot and burner are standard. This "Canal Company" marking is earlier than the D&H Co marking. The globe has an unfortunate chunk missing from the top area. The globe is etched "D&HCCo" in a well known style and it has an extended base.
