Irish George II sterling silver footed salver, the ornate piecrust border with floral and shell decorations, a central cartouche with coat of arms, on four scrolled legs with shell shaped feet. Hallmarked for Dublin, 1758 but makers mark obscured. PROVENANCE: S. J. Shrubsole, New York. From the home of Mrs. Charles J. Wyly, Jr., Dallas, Texas. 60.32 ozt. 2.5"H x 16" Dia., Circa - 1758.
