Two-piece black cotton, the boned long-sleeve bodice having elbow length over-sleeve and separate velvet high collar, decorated with tiny black beads, sequins, velvet bands and chiffon floral applique over black taffeta, trained skirt with tucks and three velvet-banded hem ruffles. B-34, W-22, skirt L 39-49. (Losses to chiffon, some beads discolored, splits to taffeta, waistband repaired) fair.
