AN ANTIQUE FRENCH POLISHED AND GILT BRASS CARRIAGE CLOCK, BY ROLLIN, NUMBERED 111, PARIS, FOURTH QUARTER 19TH CENTURY, with a hinged handle centering lion mask details, above a rectangular case enclosing beveled glass top with push repeater, over side panels, with trailing vinery cast corners, flanking a circular white enameled dial having black Roman chapters and blued steel hands, signed, "Rollin Paris," over a diminutive white enameled alarum dial with Arabic numerals and a blued steel hand amidst finely engraved and gilt scrolling acanthus leaves, reversing to a hinged glass panel door opening to a polished brass backplate numbered, "111," and engraved, "Rollin a Paris," with a lever movement, raised on a broad leafed vine entwined and stylized foliage detailed base on shaped bud form feet.
