Circa 1815 edition after an engraving originally drawn by Sully and Kearny and engraved by Murray, Draper, Fairman Co. Philadelphia. The original title 'This representation of the Battle on Lake Erie, is respectfully inscribed to Commodore Perry, his Officers and gallant Crews; By their humble Servant James Webster. I Fought Sept. 10 1813. (First View) \ (Published July 26, 1815, by Murray, Draper, Fairman has been erased except for The Battle on Lake Erie Fought Sept 10th 1813 - First View. and the publisher changed to Published by William Smith, Print Seller, 702 So. 3rd. St. Philada. Unframed size measures 20 x 27.625 inches.
Condition
Mounted to a thin card stock, toning as shown, otherwise good without other issues. No holes, tears, repairs or stains.
