A beautiful Egyptian limestone relief, New Kingdom, c. 1570 – 1075 BC, featuring hieroglyphic characters carved in low relief, an owl and a reed as well as part of another bird above. The relief is nicely carved and mounted on a custom lucite stand with inscribed brass information plaque. 10 3/8 in x 6 in (26.5 x 15.2 cm). Ex Lipinsky collection.
