Maker’s mark, silver standard mark, city mark, duty mark and date letter on the underside; hallmarked again on the handle and on the inside of the lid

Very good condition
The flattened and gadrooned body stands on a domed and curved circular foot with embossed floral decoration. The body is embellished with flower cartouches, framed by acanthus leaves and volutes, including a vacant cartouche and a cartouche with the initial ‘B’. The handle is voluted, and the curved spout is covered with acanthus leaves in relief. The retracted shoulder passes into a flared mouth rim which is decorated with a sculptural flower wreath. The knob of the hinged lid is designed in the form of a flower, which is framed by further flowers.
Condition:
The pot is in a very good condition, showing only minor traces of use. One resistor of the handle is minimally chipped. The height, including the handle, is 17 cm, and the weight is approximately 719 g. (cko)
