A late 19th century silver and gold turquoise and diamond cluster brooch, circa 1870. The oval turquoise cabochon, within a rose-cut diamond border. Length 3.5cms. Weight 15gms.

Overall condition good. Minor surface scratches/wear in keeping with general age and wear. Personal engraving to reverse reads; February 6th 1874. Turquoise is a possible replacement. Diamond fairly well matched. Diamonds fairly bright. Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.
