No holes or tears. Light to moderate surface scratches, scuffs and abrasions. The ball appears to be repainted. Some yellowing to the finish. One chip to the shell at the front bottom edge: 1.75"w x 1/4". The lining of the ball is leather; the loose cushions are vinyl. No holes, tears, or stains. The upholstery is separating from the shell in places. There a few nicks/losses to the finish on the back of the ball. Small losses to the white finish of the base. Sturdy and structurally sound.
