A mid 20th century 15ct gold ruby and split pearl ring. Of marquise-shape outline, the graduated spilt pearl line, within a vari-shape ruby surround, to the tapered band. Foreign marks. Ring size L 1/2. Weight 4.5gms.

Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general wear.

Band shows subtle evidence of resize.

Rubies medium pinkish-red, fairly well saturated, with fair clarity and typical inclusions.

Stones in good condition with minor abrasions.

Stamped 15ct.
