An Estate belonging to Robert Ingram Esqr Rent £67 per Ann., Surveyed by H Lands, manuscript watercolour estate map on vellum, watercolour coat of arms and the church of St Dionis Backchurch, decorative green and gilt border, folds, slightly creased and soiled, framed and glazed, 480 x 550mm., 1712. With a watercolour of St Dionis Backchurch, Lime Street and Fenchurch Street, built 1670-84 after the medieval church was destroyed in the Great Fire. The new church was built by Wren and cost £5,737 10s 8d. Ingram's Court [off Fenchurch Street, City of London], "an open square Place, well built and inhabited, made into Buildings in the Place of Sir Thomas Ingram's House the owner thereof." - John Strype.
