H.P. Buckingham, Manufacturer of Octagonal and Round Eight Strip Bamboo Fishing Rods, April 1,1878, 4 sided catalog with one page of description and another listing prices. Underneath the prices is written in ink "A split bamboo rod should be kept in a cool place, and should have a coat of best English coach varnish at the close of each season's use. two soft horizontal folds, about an one inch tear at each end of spine and back page with remnants of evidence being glued to a scrapbook or similar; Buckingham & Perrie, Manufacturers of Eight Strip Split Bamboo Trout, Bass and Salmon Rods, Fine Trout and Bass Flies, and Dealers in Fine Fishing Tackle, according to Tom Kerr's research the company was formed in 1879, four sided catalog with 2 pages used to list product and prices. Both company's hailing from Utica, N.Y. As with the previous catalog back page with remnants of evidence being glued to a scrapbook or similar and having two horizontal folds.
