Description
Greece, Corinthia, ca. 6th century BCE. A very attractive pottery aryballos - a vessel used to hold scented oils and perfumes in the bath - decorated with an ivbex/antelope in red/black pigments, ray pattern around circular rim, wide strap handle to one side. A very lovely example! Size: 2" W x 2" H (5.1 cm x 5.1 cm)
