Description
A Russian gilded silver and cloisonné enamel tea caddy, Gustav Klingert, Moscow, circa 1899-1908. The square base caddy with circular lid is enameled on each side in a scrolling foliate motif around a central shaped cartouche of turquoise enamel against a stippled gilt ground within bands of turquoise beads, complete with the original gilded-silver mounted cork stopper. Dimensions: 5 1/4 x 3 x 3 in. (13.3 x 7.6 x 7.6 cm).
