ROCKINGHAM GLAZE CERAMIC ARTICLES, LOT OF THREE, comprising one bisque and glazed birthing egg having the mold of a child's front side and backside emerging from an egg shape; one footed salt cellar with a wide opening, and one miniature teapot with cover. Unmarked. 19th century. Egg 2 1/4"x 1 1/4", teapot 3 1/2" H, salt cellar 2 1/8" H.
Less than expected wear, teapot and egg are undamaged, salt cellar has two flakes on outer rim.

Provenance: From a Virginia estate collection.
