Full period sheep, title on label in gilt, hinges and edges scuffed and rubbed, former owner bookplate to pastedown, ink notations to front blanks and a few other markings to contents, contents generally clean though with some age-tone and a few small stains, Very Good. *********************************************** Thomson views this book highly: "It is the original authority from which later writers borrowed freely...all the incidents of the War of 1812 in Ohio and the Northwest Territory are given with great minutiae of detail."
