Together with a Van Briggle star shaped tray, all the pieces are in the persian rose glaze. The candlesticks measure 9" long and 2.25" across the base, both are in good condition, no nicks chips or cracks. Circa 1940's060's. The star shaped tray measures 12.5 * 13" point to point, this could be an experimental piece, there is the Van Briggle hallmark dating 1940's-60's. Along with the normal hallmark is a marked writing under the glaze of s/y x4. I could not remove the numbers with rubbing alcohol or nail polish remover, I have come to the conclusion they are under the glaze. The tray is in good condition, no nicks chips or cracks, there is a clay separation due to firing in the center.
