Description
A large and attractive Egyptian wooden mask, Late Period, c. 664 – 30 BC, with original pink, white, and black pigments remaining. Handsome features with almond-shaped eyes and part of the central area of the headdress remains. 10 in x 6 ¾ in (25.3 x 17.1 cm). Nicely mounted on a lucite base. Ex Rice collection, Southern California.
