Description
Birdseye View Maps. The first print is titled "Newport, R. I. in 1730". This is a reprint done in 1975 by the Meriden Gravure Company for the Bicentennial Commission of Trinity Church and was limited to 1,000 copies. The second print is titled "The Yacht Squadron at Newport" and was reproduced in 1974 by the Meriden Gravure Company for Mary Heins Rommel, Arnold Art Store and The Gallery, Newport, Rhode Island and was limited to 1,500 copies.
Newport, R.I. in 1730 measures 22 3/4" high, 32" wide and has a fold outside of the image in the upper left. The Yacht Squadron at Newport measures 22 3/4" high, 31 1/2" wide and has a 2cm mark in the top right outside of the image.
