A Fine and Superbly Painted Blue and White Dragon Vase
Jiaqing six-character under-glaze blue mark.
Superbly potted with an ovoid body elegantly sweeping to a tall cylindrical neck, all supported on a slightly splayed foot, exquisitely painted in vibrant shades of cobalt blue with scaly five-clawed dragons soaring amidst a dense clouds, all between a wave band at bottom and a ruyi-shaped petal lappet bordering to the rim, the foot detailed with continues pattern, the base inscribed in underglaze blue with a six-character reign mark.Stand included.
