Description
Horsens Solvvarefabrik / W. & S. Sorensen (Danish (Horsens), founded 1904-?), circa 1930. A silver punch ladle with scalloped oval bowl and shaped handle with reeded edge and leaf tip end. Underside with mark "ISRAELSEN" (possibly a retailer's mark), Three Towers mark dated 1930, assay mark for Christian F. Heise (1904-1932), and maker's mark of overlapping H and S. Approximate length 12". Approximate weight 6.7 troy ounces. Provenance: Property from the Estate of Mr. Eskild Bondesen of Copenhagen, Denmark.
