Description
OP-4 OVAL PEDESTAL PRESSED OPEN SALT, emerald green with red striations in one end, shaped rim. Extremely rare, possibly unique with striations. France. 1835-1845. 2 1/8" H, 2 1/8" x 3 5/8".
Virtually proof with just a hint of inner-rim mold roughness and two flakes to edge of foot. Rim with 1/2" annealing check, as made.
