Description
CN CROWN PRESSED OPEN SALTS, LOT OF THREE, comprising colorless and deep cobalt blue CN-1a examples, and a fiery opalescent CN-1b-a variation with nine rays inside cross bars. Scarce, rare, and very rare. Boston & Sandwich Glass Co. 1830-1845. 2 1/8" H, 2" x 3 1/8".
Colorless with loss of one foot scroll, cobalt with partial loss of one foot scroll, two top rim flakes, and mold roughness to inner rim and interior of feet, opalescent with moderate chip to top of one rim corner and tip of one foot.
