He wrote the Torah thoughts on the flap of an envelope, due to lack of paper to write on and the urgency to record them. The handwriting changes toward the end due to lack of room, and becomes smaller and more cramped.Â
Rabbi Zvi Pesach Frank [1873-1961], Rabbi of Jerusalem. One of the most prominent Poskim and Rabbis of his time. A member of Rabbi Shmuel Salant's Beit Din from 1908, and Rabbi of Jerusalem from 1935.
Size: 9x7 cm. Slight tear, fine condition. Â
