An officer sword marked USJH 1859 Ames Manufacturing Company Chicopee Mass. The scabbard has suspension rings. Owned by Charles Scriggins who was a private in the Army 1st Battalion, Light Artillery in the Civil War. Passed by inheritance to the current owner.

Provenance: Paoli, PA estate.
