A Calligraphy by Gao Hong Jin given to Xian Zhou. It has 1 seal and a poem, and is done on paper with a silk backing.

Dimensions are 51 inches tall X 31 inches wide. All measurements are approximate. Condition: The calligraphy has somemild creasing, but is in overall good condition.

Provenance: From the estate of Ai Xian Zhou (1890-1955). Mr. Ai was a pioneer of higher education in China during the early 20th century, as well as a renowned psychologist. He was aprofessor of psychology and a dean of the College of Education at China Central University. He was also appointed to various leadership positions in the Department of Education in the Nationalist government of the 1930s and 1940s.
