**First Time At Auction**
Roman Empire, Imperial Period, ca. 1st to 4th century CE. This attractive mold-made terracotta vessel has a large raised ring base with two concentric rings on both the interior and exterior of the base, smooth rounded bottom, two raised undulating designs and an abstract branch motif defining the underside of a wide neck channel, rounded shoulders, a tab-shaped thumb rest, a large jagged fill hole, a narrow-mouthed wick spout, and several raised motifs on the top of the channel. Size: 3.25" L x 2.625" W x 1.25" H (8.3 cm x 6.7 cm x 3.2 cm)
Provenance: private Orange County, California USA collection, acquired before 2000
