Description

An attested and sealed land document from the State of Maryland pertaining to conveyance of a parcel called “The Sailor’s Delight” located in Somerset county. The document to Nathaniel Thrifty, attesting to the grant in 1772. This document dated 1811. Fine, measures 8 x 13”.
