Description
A large and well-preserved Pinedale bowl, Southwest USA, AD 900 - 1200, the interior decorated with a wide band containing black triangles, a band of white slipped stepped squared around the outside of the rim. H: 5 in (13 cm), D: 10 1/2 in (26.7 cm). A very attractive example! Ex Southern California private collection, acquired in the 1960's and 1970's by Dr. John Hilsabeck, Orange County, CA.
