Description
18th C Tibetan Thangka Of Amitabha Buddha:
Amitabha, meaning infinite light, is holding the ambrosia vase from which spill the jewels of eternal life. The colors on this thangka are still bright. The other two deities at the top are also holding ambrosia cups.
Provenance: Acquired from a warehouse in Philadelphia that sat abandoned for over 20 years. The previous owner is believed to be an artist and photographer based out of New York.
