Description
**First Time At Auction**

Pre-Columbian, West Mexico, Colima, ca. 300 BCE to 300 CE. A hand-built redware pottery vessel with a flat base, bulbous body, rounded walls with incised linear, dot-shaped, and zigzag motifs, a thin rim, and a wide mouth. The exterior of the jar displays a deep orange-red hue while the interior is buff and light-brown in color. A stylish example of Colima redware! Size: 4" H (10.2 cm).
