CHINA, CIRCA 1800 A Chinese export American armorial porcelain tea cup and saucer. Both articles are decorated with an eagle with inverted wings and shield clutching an olive branch and arrows. The tea cup retains a David Overall Chinese Export paper label, saucer with Elinor Gordon Chinese Export label.
Provenance: The cup retains its original David Overall paper label, saucer retains Elinor Gordon label. From the estate of George Dagher, New York, New York.
