Description
SL-3 SHELL PRESSED OPEN SALT, medium violet blue, shaped rim. Very rare. Possibly Boston & Sandwich Glass Co. 1835-1850. 1 5/8" H, 2" x 3".
Very good condition overall with a check to the rim, probably as made, and an additional chip to one corner, feet edges with chipping. Typical minor roughness at the body corners, as made.
