This is the eleventh edition, previous owner Masbaum R.J stamped on edge of pages, inside cover and back cover. Cover has wear, but this book is in good condition for it's age. Comes with a U.S. Naval Training Station, Great Lakes, Illinois, Rear Admiral, John Downes US Navy, Commanding Officer, postcard "bag lay-out" of what is needed. Postcard has not been written on, has mild creases and marks on back.
