Overall, contents are Good+ with marginal thumbing and soiling, some corner-chips/closed tears in places, though the following notable flaws are: (Calendar, prelims) some dampstaining and repairs; (Genealogies) Map with marginal chipping with some loss, and leaf depicting Adam and Eve with long closed tear, title with upper margin cropped; (Bible) Aa3 with tissue repair of long closed tear, Gg6 with small hole removing 2 letters, Oo6 with chip removing last couple of words from 9 lines of text, 4 leaves with old marginal paper repairs, final leaf laid down, last 10 leaves with chips partially removing headlines and a few words of text in a few cases, later 1/3 of New Testament with dampstaining (mostly to upper portion.) ** Provenance: Ink signatures of Edward Meredith in several places, dated in the mid-1700s. ******************************* Black letter King James Bible.
